Starting Tuesday September 17 we are bringing out our Vietnamese "Sate" Chile Sauce to add an extra kick to your Pho bowl. Â If you thought Pho was amazing before, you are in for an explosion of flavor (ask anyone who's added a little "Sate" to their bowl). Â We start by soaking real chili peppers, toasting lemongrass, and frying garlic. Then we tenderly coax all those flavors together. Â And finally we put it in an innocent looking side dish to sit along side your pho bowl. Â Add as much, or as little as you want...there's no denying it's awesomeness. Just come in, order a bowl on pho, and ask for our new "Sate" sauce. Â For the next month, it's compliments from the house.
