Vietnamese cuisine is unique because of its abundant use of fresh herbs and vegetables “Sprigs & Sprouts”. Every dish is created with contrast of textures and punches of flavor. Our menu focuses on classic, Street Food rooted dishes. We keep our menu concise, so that we can always produce quality and consistency. Delivered daily, all our ingredients are chopped, julienned, blanched, rolled, marinated, simmered, or whipped in house. Keep an eye out for our seasonal specials!
