I’m missing an item from my order!

Oh no, we are so sorry! Please email management@sprigandsproutdc.com  with the date of the issue, the name the order was placed under and what was missing and we will happily refund or credit your account.

My delivery order is late or missing (orders from ToastTab)

During delivery you should receive a text message containing order updates and the driver’s contact number. If the driver is not responding, please call our delivery service provider (Uber Direct) for immediate help with locating your order or your driver. 866-987-3750

I ordered on the Uber or Doordash App

Please contact the number or chat feature provided through the third party platform the order originated from. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to orders placed outside of our system.

Why are you more expensive on Uber/Doordash?

The 3rd party companies charge a large commission and we must inflate our prices to afford to be on their platforms. It is always better to order directly through the restaurant if possible. We also send promotions and deals if you’re on our email list! You can also sign up here and earn rewards when you order through us!

I accidentally ordered for pickup instead of delivery!

No worries! If you ordered through us (Toasttab) please place a new order to dispatch a driver. Once we receive the replicated delivery order, we will automatically void the pickup order and issue a refund. If you would like us to email you a refund receipt you can email management@sprigandsproutdc.com with the incorrect pickup order number and your name.

My order was dropped off but they gave me someone else’s order!

Oh no! We are sorry the driver switched your bag. The fastest way to get a new order is to place another order. Email management@sprigandsproutdc.com with a picture of the incorrect ORDER TICKET and your information and we will reach out in 24-48 hours with a refund or credit for the incorrect order.
