How it works
We keep our rewards simple: spend a dollar, earn a point. Earn 125 points, and you’ll score $10 off your next order. We’ll even spot you 10 points just for joining, that’s how much we like you.
How to earn points
Buying a round of summer rolls for the table is a good start. Once you sign up, every dollar you spend at Sprig and Sprout–in person or online– earns you points. Points are only earned on food purchases, and do not include alcoholic beverages, taxes, or fees.
How to redeem points
Once you reach 125 points, you’re eligible to start redeeming them for in-person and online orders.
In person:
At our in-store kiosk in the lower right side, choose “+ Add Rewards.” Click “Scan Code” and scan the QR code attached to your rewards account. At checkout, your rewards will automatically be applied.
Online:
Make sure you’re logged into your Toast account, and choose “Redeem” or “Save for Later” in the rewards box at checkout.
Having trouble redeeming?
No judgment, but did you sign in to your Toast account? If you forgot your account details, follow the prompts to receive a password reset by email. No email? You might only have a rewards account. Don’t worry, we can help! To redeem points, you’ll need a Toast account AND a Rewards account. Once you sign up for both, they will be automatically connected and you can start earning and redeeming your points today!
